Villa Bonizella Tours

xiv century tuscany | xxi century comfort

Nestled at the heart of our 150-acre organic farm, Villa Bonizella immerses guests in the magic of medieval Italy, offering the comforts of a 21st century luxury getaway, including high speed internet, solar powered air conditioning and a swimming pool. Your week-long stay at the Villa will include an extraordinary itinerary of personalized tours of the best of Tuscany — visits to museums and private art collections, historic sites, wineries, restaurants and more, not all open to the general public. Take a dip in the pool, study ancient manuscripts in your private “libreria,” or enjoy a glass of Chianti while taking in an unobstructed vista frozen in the 14th century. We hope to see you soon!

Experience Tuscany

When we open our doors, we do so not just to the Villa, but to the region. Whether being chauffeured to a “friends only” wine tasting at a world-famous Brunello winery, learning how to make fresh pasta with a local gourmet chef, or being led through Florence by our private guides on a curated journey, guests will get an insider’s look at Italy.

“We had a wonderful stay at Villa Bonizella. A beautiful setting, amidst magnificent sunsets and landscaped fields.  My husband and I are well-traveled and this trip exceeded our expectations, both in terms of the villa itself and the daily activities we enjoyed. The combination of visiting exquisite art (some not generally available to the public), a variety of Tuscan towns, wineries and farms provided us with a unique experience that would be difficult to replicate on our own. Highly recommended!”
